CONCERTS • CELEBRATIONS • NIGHTS OUT
Build your evening around the experience. Request transportation for concerts, rodeos, sporting events, birthdays and nights out in Fort Worth, with the return journey included in the plan.
Event traffic and venue loading restrictions can change pickup arrangements. Provide the event date, expected finish time and group size. Confirm the designated pickup location with the operating provider and keep a contact available after the event.
For dinner, entertainment and multiple stops, list the complete route and the time you want to spend at each location. Hourly service may suit an evening with several destinations. Ask whether the vehicle waits nearby and how changes affect the booked hours.
An event may end later than expected. Confirm the waiting and overtime policies, the last pickup time and each final dropoff. For groups, agree a single meeting point and let the booking team know if the passenger count changes.
